  • Responsibility for Returns: If you click a link to a third-party website (e.g., Amazon, a brand store, or a software service) and make a purchase, the transaction is conducted directly with that seller.
  • Process: Any requests for refunds, order cancellations, or claims regarding the quality of goods/services must be directed to the support team of the website where the payment was made. YIELDOPTIC MEDIA LIMITED is not responsible for issuing refunds for such purchases.

2. DIRECT SALES / DROPSHIPPING

This section applies to products purchased directly from our branded stores where YIELDOPTIC MEDIA LIMITED acts as the seller of record.

Right to Cancel:

  • In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return an item within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Submit a request to admin@yieldoptic.com, including your order number and the reason for return (optional).
  2. We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.
  3. Important: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is found to be defective.

Refunds:

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Digital products (once downloaded or activated).
  • Personal hygiene products (cosmetics, perfumes) if the seal or packaging has been opened.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@yieldoptic.com with attached photos of the damage. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement, including any applicable shipping costs.
